Minimum Rental Period
The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours).
The driving license must be valid in mainland Portugal, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Driver's Minimum Age
The minimum driver age is 23 years old for all groups and 25 years old for Group K.
Insurance Amount
Prices include civil liability insurance and, in the event of an accident, the customer is responsible for an excess of €450 for groups B and C; €600 for groups D, E1, F, G and J; €1,200 for groups H.
Validade do Aluguer
The rental is valid in mainland Portugal, and the customer, if he intends to leave the country, must request authorization from the DSCAR counter.
